Our School of Wok
Once our kitchen teams have mastered all sections within the kitchen except the wok, they will have the opportunity to attend our School of Wok where they will become masters of the wok and have the confidence to use and progress on the wok with the full support of the Head Chef & Chef Trainer

We offer a management training course to all new Supervisors and Assistant Managers. We recognise that moving into these positions can be daunting so will give you the tools to confidently progress
We offer opportunities for all those wanting to progress within Busaba. The majority of our senior roles have been filled internally, in fact, 87% of our Head Chef & Sous Chef roles have been filled internally, and 95% of managers already worked for Busaba before moving into these roles.
